Unicorn Dreams

Ever since he was young, Fender knew he was special. While he grew older, his ambitions became more strong. Colorful heavens and sparkly dusts dwelt in his mind until one day, he was hit by an epiphany; He was meant to be a unicorn!

After this, everything went really fast. He let his hair grow and asked the barber for a lavender curly do. Then he invested in a one of kind horn he found on eBay and got a little heart tattoo on his derrière. While he was inserting the purple lenses in his eyes as a finishing touch, he suddenly started feeling nauseous. Then the strangest thing occurred: Fender vomited. But not just an average blur of bile and half digested foods. Fender vomited a rainbow and he has been doing ever since. He's thinking of changing his name to Twinkle Beam.

Maggotzilla!

While people are anticipating new movies coming soon and Eindhoven is preparing for the Technology Week from May 18th till 24th, something's lurking in the dumps at night. Till that one evening, when hiding becomes impossible because of the giant size. Save yourself, Maggotzilla has arrived and she's hungry!

Nobody escapes from the mutated monster that loves electricity rather than being afraid of it. You've come to the right city baby! There's voltage everywhere in this city of light. I'm afraid the Evoluon will be just an appetizer...

Flynn...

The glasses are filled, the lights are shining and your compère is ready to chaperon you through the evening. If one of the artists gets lost in the dressing room, Flynn will improvise and make sure his beloved audience won't notice the tiniest of impediments. When a guest is celebrating his or her birthday, the courteous host leads the crowd into a salvo of cheers.

Flynn is as mischievous as they come and behind the curtains, the dapper fellow makes the girls blush and giggle with his playful pranks. He loves frolicking around, in and out of the theater. His only calm moments are when he's at home, sitting in front of his fireplace with his pet aphid on his lap.

Zizi...

When the soldiers of the Queen are tired of their day, they gather for drinks in the velvet night. Champagne fizzles in their glasses and delightful girls entertain them with a dance. But the most cheerful moment is when Zizi emerges on the stage. This cheeky little lady charms everybody with her dainty smile.

Zizi isn't only a dancer, no, she also loves to provoke the audience with a bold joke or two. A performer pur sang, she will not leave the stage until everyone, from Private to General Officer, is refueled with energy!

Salomé...

Another dancer out of the catacombs of my studio; Salomé. This seductive lady entices everyone that takes only the slightest of glances at her. With her mesmerizing eyes and her hypnotizing moves, she enchants even the most headstrong men.

The tingling of her bangles provide for the perfect cadence to bewitch you into thinking you're flying in golden skies. Enjoy the voyage, but be cautious, don't loose your head over this one.

Josephine...

In my little studio at home, I spend most of my free hours making creatures that are bubbling to be shown to the world. We enjoy our time together, these critters and I, as they slowly develop into the entities they always knew they'd be. Like Josephine, who couldn't wait till the professional shoot she will be getting when her companions are ready.

Josephine spends her nights as a Vaudeville dancer at ventures unknown to most. Places where they smoke from cocktail length cigarette holders and drink bootleg whiskey. In these establishments, she bedazzles both women and men with her sensational moves. Then, suddenly, she leaves the audience in awe, to retreat to her dressing room and indulge on her favorite guilty pleasure; chocolate covered bananas.

Palsie the worm

Last week, one of my besties was celebrating her birthday. I wanted to make her something and it had to be made in one day. Thus, my one-day-project was born. I made her a cute little worm in a birdcage and she totally loved it! We decided to name it Palsie, because, well, he looks like he could be your pall. But his smile keeps me wondering. Is he anxious to meet a bird he can befriend in his cage? Or is he high on satisfaction because he just ate the bird?
